Our Biomedical Research & Grant Consulting Credentials

GrantRescue/WinningSubmissions is owned and operated by Jeffrey B. Tatro, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, Tufts Medical Center and Tufts University School of Medicine. Jeff has operated GrantRescue/WinningSubmissions for over 20 years, following his own leading biomedical research career.  

He is a veteran researcher with over 25 years experience independent research, writing and editing experience as a faculty member of Tufts Medical Center, Tufts University School of Medicine, and Tufts' Graduate School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences, in a wide variety of cutting-edge biomedical topics. His substantial personal track record of prior funding, groundbreaking discoveries, scientific publications and peer review spans an unusually broad range of fields including cancer, endocrinology, metabolism, neuroscience, physiology, neuropeptide receptor discovery & pharmacology, fever, inflammation and immunity, and includes international collaborative experience with basic scientists, clinicians, physician-scientists, large pharmaceutical firms, biotech concerns, and entrepreneurs.  


Through GrantRescue, he has assisted hundreds of principal investigators and their collaborators in diverse academic and industrial settings, hospitals and healthcare concerns to obtain funding for proposals ranging from the most junior-level pre- and post-doctoral fellowships and career developent awards to the largest NIH Centers, Comprehensive Cancer Centers, and other large-scale project goals.
